Halina Kliem’s newest film feels like a lucid dream in the way it’s incredibly vivid and real while remaining dreamlike. As the digital phrases we’ve become too familiar with wittily dance across the screen we’re reminded of the importance of connecting. The depth of the film’s consciousness like a body of water at first frightens me until I dive in and am cradled back to dreaming. In the end, I lay awake wondering if I was ever really asleep. - Jordan Richman, Curator, and Writer for Dazed, Fantastic Man, and Pin-up Magazin
